PUBLIC HEARING FOR ABUNDANT SOLAR SPECIAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant
to Section 200-67 of Town Law, that a Public Hearing will be held by
the Richmond Zoning Board of Appeals at the Richmond Town Hall, 8690
Main Street in the hamlet of Honeoye, New York on January 21, 2020 at 7:00 PM to act upon the following:
Applicant Abundant Solar Power for the property owned by Chris
Development LLC located at State Route 20A in the Town of Richmond, Tax Map #135.00-2-43.11 in the G District (Commercial Light Industrial) requesting
a Special Use Permit to install a 42-acre 5.0 MW-AC solar farm on the
eastern portion of the approximately 77.0-acre vacant commercial
property. Zoning Code 200-50: Antennas, towers, windmills, solar energy systems.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard, By order of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
