Has submitted and area variance application to construct a two car garage
attached to the residence, with a second story above. Applicant is seeking to
develop approximately 40% of the property with the density schedule limit of
30%. An area variance is sought.
a. Neighbors for the Enforced and
Updated Codes represented by Barclay Damon LLP are requesting an appeal of the
Code Enforcers November 30, 2017 determination and subsequent clarification
concerning the Bailey property located at 5297 County Road 37 Tax ID
Regular meeting of the Town of Richmond Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at
