I.              Call meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

II.            Review and approve Tuesday January 16th, 2018 meeting minutes.


III.          Public Hearings


a. Doug Rogers for the property located at 8491 New York Street Tax ID#150.38-3-64, Honeoye in the D district. Has submitted and area variance application to construct a two car garage attached to the residence, with a second story above. Applicant is seeking to develop approximately 40% of the property with the density schedule limit of 30%.  An area variance is sought.


IV.          Conceptual Reviews


a. Neighbors for the Enforced and Updated Codes represented by Barclay Damon LLP are requesting an appeal of the Code Enforcers November 30, 2017 determination and subsequent clarification concerning the Bailey property located at 5297 County Road 37 Tax ID #149.900-1-41.100.
